DISNEY YOUTH EDUCATION SERIES
The Disney Youth Education Series program is one of DECA’s newest partners and
provides once-in-a-lifetime educational opportunities in the most magical place:
Disneyland! The program offers guided field studies at Disneyland or California
Adventure in Applied Sciences, Environmental Studies, Liberal Arts, and Leadership
Development. Attendees will practice teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving
skills in one-of-a-kind moments that use the magic of Disney to make learning even
more impactful.
The Disney YES program is offered as an additional option to DECA
WRLC attendees on Saturday. The program takes place in Disney’s
amusement parks, meaning that chapters who chose to participate
in the Disney YES program will not be able to participate in regularly
scheduled WRLC programming. Applications were due prior to the
conference, and chapters participating have received programming
communications directly from the Disney YES team.
