DECA Western Region Leadership Conference (WRLC) brings together 1,500 DECA members, advisors, and industry partners for a three day leadership and career development experience. Students attending the conference will experience incredible speakers, powerful workshops, cutting edge exhibits, career-based competitions, and engage with industry leaders and experts.
