All registrations must be submitted through the online system.

Southern California and Anaheim have many wonderful attractions and entertainment options for chapters to experience and enjoy. Each chapter is responsible for their own plans (including tickets and transportation) during free time and pre/post conference time. Tours are not included as part of the WRLC registration. We encourage you to make plans to take advantage of the opportunity to experience So Cal!
WRLC has negotiated special pricing on tours to Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, and Universal Studios Hollywood to assist chapters with visiting these exciting destinations. While we have negotiated special rates at these three destinations chapters may choose other entertainment or site seeing options in the Southern California area.
Chapters are on their own for transportation to and from all tour destinations. Disneyland is within walking distance of the Anaheim Marriott. Knott’s Berry Farm is a ride away on the Anaheim Resort Transportation Route 18 (ART Route 18 schedule), which takes groups from the hotel to Knott’s for a small fee. For transportation to Universal Studios Hollywood chapters are responsible for their own travel arrangements (if you do not have transportation we recommend contacting Group Travel Planners, Inc. to check on Universal transportation pricing. Their contact information is included on this website.)
Chapters will purchase tickets directly from the park sites and must purchase them prior to the conference. WRLC will not have any tickets for sale on-site at the conference and is not coordinating any ticket sales. All ticket orders will be completed directly through the attractions’ sites. Be sure to follow the instructions below to take advantage of special DECA WRLC discounted pricing.

This will take you directly to the ticket check out page! The deadline to purchase your discounted ticket for $39 is November 18, 2014.

Universal Studios Hollywood is a unique experience for all and we are excited to provide discounted tickets starting at $62 for a half-day pass and $72 full day pass! DECA Night at Disney is on the evening of Friday, November 14, 2014. If you wish to attend DECA Night at Disney, we recommend purchasing Twilight or Twilight Hopper Tickers. These passes are valid after 4:00 PM and are not sold at the gate. They can only be purchased online through the ticket store and must be purchased by the deadline indicated below.

The Disney Youth Education Series program is one of DECA's newest partners! It provides a once-in-a-lifetime educational opportunity in the most magical place: Disneyland! The program offers guided field studies at Disneyland or California Adventure in Applied Sciences, Environmental Studies, Liberal Arts and Leadership Development! Practice teamwork, critical thinking and problem-solving skills as your group participates in one-of-a-kind moments that use the magic of Disney to make learning even more impactful. Click on the "Program Descriptions" link below to see detail information on the programs available.
The Disney YES program will be offered on Saturday, November 15. That is the only day it is available for WRLC. The program takes place in the Amusement Parks. Note that this does mean that chapters who choose to participate in the Disney YES program will not be able to participate in the workshops and breakouts held back at the Anaheim Marriott. The Disney YES program consists of a two to three hour training and then the option to stay and play in the park for the remainder of the day. Chapters can choose to just participate in the YES program and return to the hotel to continue with the regularly scheduled conference activities. Purchasing tickets to stay in the park is optional. Students MUST be chaperoned throughout the Disney YES experience.
All applications must be printied, completed, scanned and then emailed to registration@wrlc2014.org. Do not send applications direclty to Disney. Applications are due by the WRLC Registration Deadline, October 16, 2014, but note that the slots are limited and will be filled on a first come first served basis. WRLC will submit your application directly to Disney who will the notify you regarding tickets and next steps. This exclusive opportunity is limited to the first 350 applicants to the Disney YES Program. The fee to participate is not included in the WRLC Registration Fee and is an additional expense to be paid by each individual chapter wishing to participate. Rooming lists and housing reservations will all be handled through the WRLC 2014 Organizing Committee. Rooming lists will be submitted directly to the WRLC 2014 Organizing Committee along with conference registration and the committee will work directly with the hotel. Participants should NOT contact the hotel directly to make reservations, payments, changes, rooming requests, etc.
A limited number of rooms are available for early arrivals or late departures. Contact info@wrlc2014.org to coordinate an extended stay for WRLC!
