entrepreneurs, and DECA members from up and down the Western
Region! This is your chance to reach out, make connections, and meet
new people. Use social media to keep in touch with all of the awesome
activities lined up these next few days. Tweet or Instagram about the
incredible things you’re doing at the conference by using the hashtag
#GODECA and make sure you are part of the conversation!
Having been to WRLC a few times before, I can assure you that you
are in for a treat! These next few days are chalk full of opportunities
that can only benefit your leadership skills and DECA experience.
My challenge is that you take every opportunity to explore the city,
network with other leaders, and expand your leadership potential. The

tweeted your excitement to GO! to one of the biggest
and most entertaining events of the DECA year! The
anticipation has finally peaked; welcome to the well-
awaited Western Region Leadership Conference!
When you touched down in Anaheim, you took a huge
step towards success. It was your decision to GO BIG
and become the best leader you can be! Whether this is
your first GO-round at a DECA leadership conference or
you’re a veteran, WRLC 2014 has many new and exciting
features to present for any type of DECA member.
